"Holy shit, I haven't seen this guy in forever!!!"

Yeah, I know what you're thinkin. What the hell is this guy doing at 1:46 in the morning writing shit on deviant art...oh wait, I mean deviantART (gay).

Well, I got fired/quit/stopped giving a shit and got hired designing a website for Perry Farell of Janes Addiction. I designed it, got paid a bunch of money, bought a cadillac (no I didn't "throw D's" on it) and then got "let go" so that Mr. Rockstar could sell the ideas and technologies to myspace. Which sucks, but now his website looks terrible and won't go anywhere so I laugh in his general direction and wipe my ass with his pathetic website (figuratively).

My band is kicking ass and taking names. It's called 1933 (as in the most important year in shaping our wierd, fucked up society today). You punk rockers and metal heads will like it, the rest of you will just wonder what the hell is wrong with me. 1933

Other than that, everything is gravy. I went back to school, I'll be going to UCLA to get some more credentials soon and I'm planning on embarking on a US tour this coming fall.

Sorry for disappearing on everyone, but I had to do what was best for me and couldn't deal with petty threats and bullshit anymore. You know how it is...

So things sure have changed quite a bit since I started here.

When I first got hired I worked under °spot as his personal assistant as he was the very busy Vice President of IT. I also acted as a general assistant to the IT department, which hasn't changed all that much. I still do what I can for them, but mostly I keep things organized. I also worked under `melodymaker around the time of the summit to get everything set up and done on time. Then went to the summit and put it all together. THAT, ladies and gentlemen, was a crazy week!!

Officially I work under $mccann as a project manager and "go to" guy for the entire IT team, but also for the other departments here at dA. Have you got an @deviantart.com email address? Are you on any mailing lists? Yeah, I probably did that. I take care of all the smaller things and organization of things that come through the IT department. It makes things easier. The developers dont have to waste their time on small things and other departments dont have to wait ages for lower end things to get done. I also do my best to keep the community informed of what IT is doing, has done or is planning on doing in the near future by supplying $Heidi and lolly with the most accurate updates possible for the week. Not to mention random writing that needs to be done around the site for different departments. I've also spent some time with `fluffy at the facility moving, fixing and replacing servers and hard drives. I try my hardest to make things easier for everyone and it makes me feel good to take some of the strain off of these hard working code monkeys!!
